Terms & Conditions

Accommodation
• £20.00 deposit per room per night is required upon booking.
• Bookings made less than 7 days before arrival must be paid for in full.
• We regret all deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferable at our discretion.
• Check in time is 12 noon – The Hotel cannot guarantee an earlier check in time.
• Check out time is 10am on day of departure- late check out will result in additional charges.
• At check in a credit card will be required for pre-authorisation and a room charge account may be opened. Guests presenting credit cards are required to settle their account upon departure. We reserve the right to take payment for any loss or damages to the hotel. If paying by debit card, cash or cheque with guarantee card we require full payment of the balance of the account upon check in.
• The Hotel reserves the right to charge full room tariff should we not be able to re sell the room due to any of the following: Smoking in a room the hotel is non-smoking by law. Damages to the room so re sell is not possible specialist room cleaning including carpet shampooing.
• Where only one person books multiple rooms with a deposit it is the responsibility of that person to pay all charges resulting from damages, unpaid room accounts, cancellation or a guests non arrival. The hotel regrets it cannot allocate all the deposit to one room.
• All rates include VAT @ 17.5% - VAT No: 875 0040 39

Wedding and Functions
• Bookings will only be confirmed when the booking form has been completed, signed and returned along with the necessary deposit. All deposits and re-payments are not refundable and may only be transferable at our discretion.
• Pre-orders, table plans and full payment are required 14 days prior to arrival.
• Should your final guest numbers not reach the provisionally booked amount for any unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to charge for the guests.

Cancellations
• All cancellations must be received in writing, by email or fax. If you do not receive confirmation of a cancellation within 7 days of cancelling please contact the hotel.

5+ Bedrooms Booked
• 14 Days or more before arrival = loss of deposits paid.
• Less than 14 days prior to arrival = Payment in full.

1-4 Bedrooms Booked
• 48 hours or more before arrival = loss of deposits paid.
• Less than 48 hours before arrival = Payment in full.

Functions & Group Bookings
• 28 Days or more before arrival = loss of deposits paid
• Less than 28 Days before arrival = Payment in full

The Hotel may cancel reservations if closure occurs due to circumstances beyond our control, in such an event all deposits and payments will be refunded in full but with no further liability.

Miscellaneous
• We reserve the right to alter the hotel charges and policy – however notice will be given.
• Only foods and beverages purchased from the hotel may be consumed on the premises.
• Any loss or damage to hotel property will be charges in full. The hotel reserves the right to automatically deduct the
required amount from the card and send a written receipt.
• Cheques will only be accepted with a guarantee card up to the guaranteed limit.

Paying a deposit accepts these terms and conditions.
