General Guest Information

Room Check-In & Check-Out
Hotel rooms are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival. On check-in you will be required to provide us with details of a credit/debit card and your full address. If these details are not provided, full payment will be required for your room. On day of departure please vacate your room by 10am.

Hotel Opening Hours
The Hotel is open between the hours of 7.30am and 12 Midnight daily. The Hotel bar opening times are as follows:

Monday to Wednesday 11am - 11pm
Thursday to Saturday 11am - 12 Midnight
Sunday Opening 12 Noon - 11pm

Last orders at the bar is 15 minutes before closing, Residents are welcome to purchase drinks to take up to their room.

Meals are served daily 12 Noon - 2pm and evening meals 6pm - 9pm. If a private function is in progress an alternative restaurant will be made available.

Breakfast is served 7.30am - 9am daily.

Room Tabs
In order to run a room tab you must have left your payment details at reception on check-in if these details have not been provided a room tab is not available for use.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Hotel Building including bedrooms, if it is found that smoking has taken place in your room then a charge of £50.00 will be incurred. Smoking is only permitted outside the Hotel Building.

Fire Procedure
If the fire alarm sounds please stay calm and make your way out of the building by the nearest fire exit and congregate at the fire point - across the road adjacent to the hotel.

Children
Children are very welcome in the hotel however children are not permitted in the bar area after 6pm. Please ensure children are supervised at all times, as the hotel cannot take responsibility for their safety.

Guests staying out late
Could guests planning to stay out late please inform any member of staff, and please remember to take your room key with you. Please respect your fellow guests when you return by keeping noise to a minimum.

Noise
As we are a small hotel it is unfortunately inevitable that noise from other guests and customers is sometimes to be expected (especially weekends) however we do try to keep controllable noise to a minimum, The Hotel cannot be held responsible for noise out with the Hotel Building. Please accept our apologies for any disturbance.

Further Information
An ATM is available for your use; it is situated in the lounge area. Payphones are situated at the foot of the stair well next to reception and also in the front foyer of the Hotel.
